我上个星期从美国到澳洲悉尼出差，办完事后剩下几天没事去看了看一个亲戚，这个亲戚正好要买房要去看房，就顺便陪他一起去。不看不知道，一看吓一跳。澳洲的房子怎么都这么小，这么难看，这么落伍呀。说句老实话，这种房子也能住人？还在据说很好的区，什么north ryde, bondi。 要价在我们去看的房子中间最少也要70万，最高的有1.5m。可我真高不懂，房子小的只有巴掌大，house 又小又没什么地，扔在美国街边也没有人要的房子，在悉尼卖天价？？好像类似的这么小这么过时的房子在美国只有住trailer的穷人感兴趣。houses 一个连着一个，左右邻居互相伸出手来都可以握到手，一点privacy都没有，住着岂不憋屈。我是不了解澳洲，第一次去，也知道悉尼是urban city，居住面积狭隘。但好像也太离谱了，价格也太离谱了。
