谁能给说说，入澳洲籍后国内财产的问题

同学们，谁知道，入澳洲国籍后，在国内的房产，银行存款，股票帐号会怎么样，

是改一下个人资料就可以了吗？还是有其他的手续呀要办理的？

还是有什么其他的变化？

如果，以后要是把这些都变卖了，把钱转出中国麻烦吗？
