1. 换国籍以后，其实中国护照还是有几年有效得，可是，现在网络越来越发达，迟早，核对身份可以直接通过网络的。那个时候，其实说房产的拥有者身份不合法？

2. capital gain. 如果，从国内的银行存款（现金）转到这边的帐上，算不算capital gain？
如果不算，那么卖了房子之后，岂不是直接转钱进来不就好了？
现在PR身份，搞这些东西算不算capital gain的？
