垮的应该是房价，而不是租金

只要供求关系不变，租金就不会变，反正不用卖房变现，房价垮了没有关系。再说，当时买这个房的时候才17万。

我看何时垮到低过17万，那时，应该贷更多的钱，买更多的房……
