Do not tell me that you can not do it. Tell me that you won’t do it. Or tell me that you don’t like to do it.
Do not tell me that you can not do it. I never understand or never agree that you can not do it. I hired you because I believe you and have a high hope on you.
Come on, I came from China. I was born in China, I started to learn English when I was 17 year old. You simply can not tell me that you can not do it. If I can, yes, you can. You are born in America. Oh, yes you can. Go ahead and do it.
Otherwise, tell me that you won’t do it. Or tell me that you don’t like to do it. I understand that you don’t like to do it or you won’t do it. That is fine. I agree. And I may assign you a different task.
I have to tell you I can do pretty much everything, except to be American president, because I was not born in America. Please never tell me again that you can not do this or that. Yes you can. Look, my English is so poor, I still can be the Director of XXX, and the Chief of XXX, so can you in the future, in the near future.
How about this? You take the credit if you do well. I take the blame if you fail.
Just do it, young man.
