好奇问一句：那种给 二十几万甚至三十几万sign on bonus的公司，你得在里面干足多少年才可以离开？公司不可能让你干个一年半载就跳槽走了吧？要不然大家就跳来跳去的，可以挣无数sign on bonus了。那公司不久亏大了？有了解情况的朋友可不可以给解解惑。谢谢！
