Hi XXX  – I noticed you're approaching the latter stages of your PhD and I was wondering if you’d be open to discussing a position with a discreet, research intensive quantitative trading company in CA? They're 100 people so far and we're looking for a couple of exceptional researchers to join the team upon graduating in 2023. To add, they can pay well above market rate ($600k+) and I'd be keen to share specifics - do you have 5 minutes to speak confidentially?
