美国的边境究竟有人管没有？The boder is closed or open。

贺锦丽： The boder is closed

非法移民：The boder is open

我的感觉是，非法进来没人管，合法进来有人管。

这个应该是第二批运送非法移民的巴士抵达华盛顿特区的副总统贺锦丽(Kamala Harris)家门口时的采访。
