EA Y or ED Columbia. RD should have high chance to lock

low ivy level schools.

So definitely should shoot her shot at early round. (Columbia likes arts talent).

Not sure why she is eyeing engineering, or even chemistry.  Her profile doesn't speak volume of these majors.
