Agree, up until now, rural Chinese have been severely exploited,

they are obviously at a much lower level on the social status. In China, people are so much classed and categorised geographically. Unfairness in job, education and retirement fund opportunities is shamelessly ostentatious.  Country people were and probably are still treated badly or bullied, even beaten by city people. I can't count how many times I had to interven when country people were bullied.
