Duke merit based scholarship

小中女获得杜克大学全奖merit based scholarship. 这是今年从将近5万名杜克申请人中选出30个finalists，然后再提交新的essay 和进行面试，最后选出几名获奖者。感谢文学城的讨论和经验交流，收益非浅。ACT 1560; 3门 subject SAT: 800; 780. 当地最好公校，11年纪完成8门AP, 均5分， GPA 名列前茅，有州及全国学术竞赛奖，国际钢琴比赛获奖。但上述东西很多亚裔学生都有。我感觉essay 很重要，要写得巧，并写出自己的个性与梦想。
