You have lived your life, he has not.

 

You cannot make many assumptions because you know what reality is.

He knows little of what reality is, so he has to assume a lot.  He can afford to assume because you've taken care a lot of things for him.

Police officers cannot afford to conduct themselves by his assumptions.  If they did, their chance of survival in an encounter would be greatly reduced.

His college enducation can get him killed if he were a police officer.

 

This is a huge country, with millions of police-civilian interactions everyday.  There'd be many more incidents of this kind if what BLM wants people to believe were true.
