请帮忙看看我家女娃应该target什么样的大学

板上牛娃巨多，看得心惊胆颤。我家女儿，非牛娃，现在10年级，牛公高。主要兴趣爱好是数学竞赛，不过今年才进AIME（她开始得晚，7年级之前没碰过数学竞赛）。今年上四门AP，包括CALCULUS　BC，unweighted　GPA不高，估计在４.０上下（A+是４.３），没有排名。计算机上过几年课，但是USACO到了silver不怎么上的去了。其他EC只有钢琴和画画，从小感兴趣坚持到现在，但是没拿过什么奖。SAT没考，但是去年上过一个班，估计能考１５５０上下。请问有经验的父母，她这样的条件，明年应该target什么level的学校？专业肯定是数学和CS其中一个，她更感兴趣数学但是CS也不反感，其他文科和science　engineering肯定不感兴趣。还有除了GPA还有什么可以改进的？多谢多谢。
