Ask her what dreams she is going to have,

 

and what's her plan for tomorrow.

During the day, do not rush her.  Encourage her to take her time and think things through.  When it's done, ask her if she has spent all her time on it.  Tell her she deserves her time.  You may not have such luxury, but allocate one or two things a day just to habituate her sense of time that belongs to her.

If she feels hurried, she should want to know the reason.
