破锣SH*T vs 25修正案

佩洛西想用宪法25修正案结束川普总统任期，但在参众两院都需2/3票，都不可能通过。弹劾总统众院只需过半简单多数，但参院需66席，也没有可能。距1/20总统就职仅9天，弹劾案都来不及到参院立案。佩洛西扬言1/20后还继续搞弹劾，她是要公开违宪！因宪法规定是弹劾在任总统。否则早就应弹劾前总统奥巴马。
