狗狗：这几天几个人都提到狗狗，还真有道理。

狗狗手里有大量现金，如果国债十年利率上涨的话，狗狗不会有负面影响。狗狗不需要借贷，自己的现金都花不完。

MSFT有大量现金，没地方花就要买其它公司，或者buyback自己家的股票，或者是分红。

银行呢，如果放贷的银行，则是长期利率涨幅超过短期利率的话利好；做煎饼的投行则会盈利受挫，一般来说低利率时代是做煎饼的黄金时代，一般公司需要借贷才能并购其它公司，如果利率太高就可以用stocks换并购。
