汽车保险

考古了一下好像没看到好的办法。

两个还没满18的男孩去年拿到驾照，一年的保费从3000（父母）涨到9000. 已经有good student discounts. 现在也不能开车，秋季希望到离家远的地方上学，开车的机会估计很少。

可以取消他们的保险吗？

大家都用的什么保险公司，有好的推荐吗？我们是Costco的。

家在南加，家里就两台working class车。全保，有伞险。
