Based on her own experience,  OP said this drug is useful and effective for her and her family. This is a fact and her right to tell. But you try to oppress her not to tell the truth. Also, criticize government and bureaucrats is my rights as a citizen. It's  perfect legal and I am very proud of myself! 

But you, directly conducted personal attack without a good reason, shows how low you are .
