Scholarship也有转正

天上掉了馅饼，WashU merit-based scholarship 从几千块小奖转正为full tuition大奖。另外，看到以前坛里争论过merit based 和 needed based 是否可以叠加，贡献一个案例，我们在WashU轻松appeal成功过，不过现在都没用了。祝各位父母心想事成！
