请教Midwestrural和诸位大神一个"economic impact stimulus payment"问题

economic impact stimulus payment有个requirement是"Can not be claimed as a dependent on someone else's return"

我家2018年及以前一直claim 孩子和父母为dependent。 2019年税还没报，那如果2019年让孩子和父母独立报税是不是他们就eligible for the stimulus payment呢？孩子2019年已满18。
