Might go to the overall best school admitted. After taking several core premed courses in freshman at least

sophomore year(s), s/he will be either on the pre-med track or pursue another.

If he doesn't hate medicine and is good at sciences especially Biol and Chem and conversations with people, might encourage him go to medicine in the US, the unbeatable benefits for an ABC boy is arguably undeniable even though it is a long and tough journey. Good luck
