我该怎么对孩子说？

我外出了一个周末，临走前嘱咐十几岁的女儿，每天如常吃一个kiwi。我在外面联系她时问了她有没有吃，她都说吃了。我回到家一看，实际上她一个也没吃。我在家时，她就每天自己切一个吃，这不是她不喜欢的食物。我一离开，我猜她就图省事，不愿意切了。

她的这个说谎算是我逼的吧，但我还是觉得她撒谎不对。

我该怎么和她说？
