do not have unnecessary illusion on "放羊式的管理"

Sounds like 放羊式的管理 is the way to get a genius.  On the contrary, if your kid is a genius, then use 放羊式的管理. For most kids (99.9%), training is necessary for them to learn things and to be good at something. You are probably mis-led by the theory of 放羊式的管理, and have not trained your kid when he was in elementary/middle school.  

One more time, if your kid is a genius, then use 放羊式的管理; otherwise, it will be hard for him/her to be good at something that is competetive. Even a genius will need tough training to get to the top; part of genius is that he does not feel that training is hard to him.
