Teens are all the same everywhere

Feel ashamed of being together with their own parents in public is quite normal for teens. It has nothing to do with being Chinese! Of course they still want to be with parents, but not to be seen together in public, especially by peers. No parents are good enough in the eyes of teens to be presented to their friends.
