The impoundment act needs to be clarified. Because the reading of it is open to interpretation
Not sure of that. My point was the way I read it, the impoundment act buys PJT 45 days and nothing more because there is no way congress is going to amend that POS bill they pushed through. If it forces congress to debate the pork that is in the bill then it might be worth it, otherwise I’m not sure end game there.
The Relief Bill is an Omnibus bill.
Which means POTUS can allocate the $ in it where ever he wants….. a defect from the obama era.
Only a Budget Act determines where the money gets spent.
He gets the people their relief, but can pick and choose where he spends the other $.
The msm and demons are trying to sell the restrictions as if this was a regular budget bill.
Heck, there hasn’t been a regular budget bill for 15 years.
