Here's a possible outcome that has Trump winning without prevailing in PA.  Note that he must carry Michigan and Wisconsin.  Of the three states: MI, OH and WI he needs two wins and can be cheated out of PA and still win overall without winning PA.  Notice also that this scenario does not require wins in AZ or NV.  A loss in FL or GA sinks Trump.  A PA win that stands up after late ballot counts is also insurance for Trump.  PA and WI are incredibly important, he can't afford to lose both.
