Lastly – we think there will be opportunity in commercial real estate (retail, office, discounted bank loans tied to real estate, etc.) over the next 1-2 years given the current disruptions and long term implications. We think those opportunities will occur in the private markets and we have been vetting real estate firms who are in a good position to take advantage of those opportunities. We should have a conversation about if you have other real estate exposure and what these type of deals may look like. Please let us know if it would be possible to talk in the next few weeks.
