• Workhorse Group (NASDAQ:WKHS) swings lower after Roth Capital says the USPS is pushing the highly-anticipated NGDV decision to the end of the year. The original timing of the decision was expected to be today.
• The delay is enough to prompt Roth to lower its rating on WKHS to Neutral from Buy and slice the price target to $27 from $33.
• Just last Friday, Roth expressed its confidence that Workhorse would win the Postal Service contract.
• This is very bearish!
