Middle schoolers should try to keep getting straight As. My daughter has never had a B. Anything close to a low end A should raise a red flag. Hey, what's the matter with you? I know she is way above her grade level in math ever since 1st grade.
Don't wait till the end of semester to discover it. In her school there's a report card send through email almost every time there's a test.
