择校请教，先谢谢大家

想听听大家的意见。国内朋友孩子申请本科，想学计算机。现在申请到三所：

1. Penn State, computer science major

2. UC Santa Barbara,  college of letters and scienc, undeclared major. 我查了查，college of Letters and Science 没有 computer science这个major，那是不是意味着要申请转专业？

3. University Wisconsin Madison, College of Letters and Science (话说着美国人起名儿够省事儿的），也未定专业。这个是有computer science major的，只是不知道怎么déclare major.

哪个综合考虑更适合？谢谢
