数据从不撒谎 - 用脚投票：美国Top 25工学院本科生源分析

为什么用脚投票是最有说服力的投票？因为每个人都会为自己前途最大化着想.

As you can see, UC Berkeley is the top member of group 3.    GA-tech, another hot engineering school, is in group 4.

考虑到申请越前面Group的学生大部分不申请后面的Group学校， 那么真实差距就更大了

UCB和T5或T10的争论可以休了吧？

这张图的结论只对本科。在本科层面上T5基本不与UCB竞争学生 --- They are not peer schools (undergraduate level)

研究生院: yes, UCB indeed is a peer school of MIT/Stanford/Princeton. It is very common for undergraduates from M/P/S/H to go on pursuing graduate study at Berkeley, and vice versa.

(Note: Stanford is missing due to a lack of specific data for undergraduate engineering programs. Harvard, Yale, Duke, UPenn, Rice, and a few others, are not included due to the same reason, but they would have been ranked very high on the list)
