$200K vs. $300K would not make a difference in life quality or perspectives. Hardly.

$200k vs. $2M would.

I would say if the new job is for doing similar technical work - then it does not make much of a difference.

If the new job is for something new, or a new role, then it breezes fresh air in life/career.
