请问4岁男娃可以推什么体育

标题惊悚一点。本身不是推妈。被四岁男娃的精力旺盛给弄抑郁了。一点不夸张。无时无刻在动。也找therapist看过了，说应该不是ADHD，就是精力旺盛。每天都在吼他中度过。现在只有每周一次的足球45分钟。冷静下来，想还是给他多找点体育运动耗费体力才是正解。不然我真的提前更年期了。。多谢赐教。
