干煸青菜

家里灶头火小，炒青菜往往一碗青菜半碗水。我现在的办法是青菜下锅后先不放油，盐，就这么干煸几分钟，期间当然要翻几下。青菜快熟时锅里还完全是干的，然后再放点油盐翻炒几下出锅。这样做熟的青菜是干的，比较香，冷后可能稍出一点点水。如果油放早了，油混着水，煮不干的。

但干煸白菜还是不行，白菜水太多了。
