CHK, new low? (bad English, take a detour please)

$1.71 is the historical low.  Since I had sold it @$7 a few years ago, I did not return until early this year knowing that natural gas price was shooting up in China during the same period the year before and that US and China is in trade talk. 

Another cause of my revived interest is that my neighbor uncharateristically loaded up the shares by the thousands only on an advice from his relative who once had worked in chinese security industy.  What is interesting is that this neighbor of mine ignored my repeated recommendation of getting just 500 shares when the price was under $2 several years ago.  As a gusture to reciprocate to his unselfish revelation, and most of all to satisfy my own curiocity, I bought 100sh @$3.89/sh.  I sold it at a loss of $100 when it was downgraded recently.

Now its price is approaching the historical low. I got an itch again. Will its price rebound to $4 as some poster here suggested?  Maybe it will when a democrate sheriff is in town.  I do not have CHK right now.
