川胖要 address the nation

President Trump will address the nation tonight on radio and television on a subject of the highest national urgency. He has requested airtime on all 3 Networks for 9 p.m （ET）.

川普7日推文写道，将于美东时间8日晚间9时发表全国演说，谈美墨边界的"人道和国安危机"。

当天稍早，白宫发言人桑德斯说，川普10日将视察南部边界地区，去看"站在国家安全和人道危机前线的那些人"。

两人都用上"危机"一词，引发外界揣测白宫可能即将宣布全国进入紧急状态。此举将让川普绕过国会，以五角大厦预算沿美墨边界兴建围墙。
