Ivy plus education at undergraduate level - is basically LAC.

Actually the professors are very accessible to students. At those schools, the faculty and student ratio is between 3 (Caltech/MIT) ~ 6/7 (most elite private colleges) undergraduate students to 1 faculty memeber.
