房子要留给小孩吗？

听说房子可以低价卖给小孩. 小孩省tax. 父母省capital gain.

但是，不晓得是谣言还是真有这种好事？

孩子们目前表示，不要郊区房，要city房. 可是，孩子成家以后，也许就不这样想了.

到时再买郊区房子就贵了.
