UC 不光凭成绩录取了？

In the past, UC admitted students according to GPA/SAT.

Were there changes this year?

There was no over quality issue in the past.  Either you are good/or not good enough. 

If you are admitted by Cal, you are admitted to UCD ......

Have anybody heard any story differently this year?

(keep in mind that  "Math Niu =/= high GPA" )
