China is not enemy of the States, but helps

it in many aspects in the world issues encompassing the North Korea nuke problem. China exports tons of cheap goods to the States, easier common American daily life by reducing inflation. 

In the World War II, the USA soldiers stood shoulder by shoulder with China soldiers to defeat the Japanese Imperial Armies that killed 40 millions of civilians in China and other nations including Korea, Vietnam. 

In the Cold War I, the States defeated the former Soviet Union with the helps of China in many respects.

Today, the Vice President Michael Pence strongly puts China in an odd position, regarding China as a major opponent of the States. Why and how did he get such a view is not clear, although he might ignore the history when the Americans and People in China worked and fighted togeter to conque the Japanese intrudor in the Asian battle field.

Today, the States needs China to cooporate in many affairs that challenge human beings, including global climate change, pedamic threats, shortage of resources, economic growth by reduction of poverty, natural disasters, etc.
