ABC boy: 三十而立 seems easy, but 四十而不惑?

Tomorrow will be my oldest son's 30th birthday, and I am planning to say something at his bithday party.

As a PGY6 with less than two years to go, he seems to meet 三十而立. So what is the next personal goal I would recommend to him? 四十而不惑 seems too tough, now that the world have gotten so complicated since 551 B.C.

Any suggestions?
