Our town has two families that both have a cancer patient, but one was dead and the other has survived well.

What made the difference?

The surviving family has an MD kid who assumed the proxy of the sick and skillfully fought the complex system well.

If you think nobody in your family would ever get seriously ill, well, that's fine and God bless your family.
