我有个关于pattern day trader的问题请教大家,万望解惑

我没有用margin, 一直用cash 来trade.  我本周二三四都有day trade.  我读到如果在五个business day 之内有四个day trade, 会被labeled as pattern day trader.  Pattern day trader 的capital gain税率高, 我不希望被label.

 

没有弄清楚的是，我只用Cash, 不用margin, 是否这个规定与我无关。我可以不用刻意避免这个mixmum 4 day trades in 5 days rule?
