一个普通个人投资者可以将极大比例的个人财富长期全额投资于股指之中，并且可以大概率的获得长期股指的正回报，比如是9%。

如果无法有效的大比例使用个人财富参与投资，并且大概率的取得高于股指长期均值的回报。即使是有所谓的炒股高回报，最终都将会败于指数投资。
