你们有没有觉得，最好的减肥就是

做饭！

前天我做中国饭，一边做一边尝尝咸淡什么的，等都做好了就没啥胃口的。闻味道也闻够了。就吃了一点点饭。

倒是领导对蒜薹赞不绝口。我等第二天吃点剩的反倒觉得好吃。

一个肉炒蒜薹，一个辣椒豆豉九层塔炒鱼片，鱼片怎么才能不炒散啊？
