This is why he can became  Sectary of State.   If he says oil will be over 100,  it will lead public outrage to Exxon Mobile.    If Exxon Mobile really think oil will be "50-60" for long time,  it won't make sense for them to invest in  offshore oil project which it just did in middle of  2016.   Offshore will not make money on "50-60".
