Wisconsin recount
1 petition last Friday by deadline
2 Petition Accepted Monday (approval pending Payment by end of Tuesday)
3 Payment received by Tuesday
4 Recounting started Tursday
5 Contoversial on Hand count or not, -->county decide how they recount
6 Reounting to finish by Federal deadline 12/13
Pennsylvania recount
1) Law suite by monday for statewide recounting
2) in parallel, individual voters requested recounting (to individual voting divisions) - thus far only a covers a small percetage
3) need to win law suite to start state wide recounting
4) Hearing scheduled on next monday
5) Partial recounting won't help to fundametally change the result (but easily doable in a few divisions received petition.
Michigan recount
1) petition filed Wednesday with $970K prepayment (need $4M)
2) clerks prepared for recouting, but finishing hand-counting by federal deadline is very challenging.
Overall recounting scenarios:
1) if all turns to Hillary, definitely result changed
2) if Penn doesn't start at all (ruled after next monday's hearing), trump stays a better position (even recount flip Wisconsin and Michigan), but the Anti-trump Hamilton Elector movement could possibly take some vote away from him, make him shy of 270 vote required.
3) If Michigan started recounting but need more time pass teh federal deadline, nervousness will develop with all the uncertainties, and the voting date of electral college may need to postpone. More chance to develop more votes going away to other republican cadidates (Kasich or Romney). If none of the candidates gets >=270, the House pick from first 3.
So uncertainties are developing on Trump presidency. The market will be shaken.........
