德州大学40%的录取率是不是也可以说是16%的录取率？

假设德州大学录取100名学生，那么就是有250人报考。

楼下有人说这100名录取的学生中，有70个是德州法律规定必须录取的学生，也就是德州各校前7%的学生。

也就是说250名报考的人中，有70个是法定必须录取的。

那么也就是说有250 - 70 = 180 个学生竟争30个位置。 也就是说16%的录取率。
