急问，不在美国的病人，可以让亲属拿着CT片子咨询吗？当然是自己付费。如果可以，请问要看什么样的医生呢？多谢多谢！ ！ ！

Yes, ask radiologists in your town for a "fee for service" job.

You need to document the conditions under which the CT was taken, such as any contrast injection.

A CD containing all 3D data is much better than a few 片子.

The radiologist will deliver a signed written-report of his/her findings.

Or you can wait for IT guys to develop a robot to read it.
