回来掏出宪法好好读读再发言。作半路公民不容易呢。断章取义就没意思了。

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed

"equal" is defined as follows: that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Here equal refers to the equal born rights.
